Shipping Policy

Your order will ship from mainland of China. All the orders will be settled within 2 business days. The specific delivery date will depend on the dispatch country and your delivery address.

For United States customers, we offer Economic Delivery and Standard Delivery services. Standard orders ship within two business days, while Expedited orders ship within one business day.

We only ship orders totaling $199 or more internationally, with a flat shipping fee of $5.99. Import duties and sales taxes may be required depending on the delivery country. These taxes are not included in the price and will be collected by the carrier before parcel delivery. For precise tax information, please refer to government policies.

We will send you the tracking number once the packages are received by the fulfillment center.

Depending on the country of delivery, you may be required to pay extra tax or charges such as VAT and/or import duties.

We will take responsibility for any manufacturing defects within 30 calendar days after your order has been delivered. It is important to inspect the package after receiving and report to us if any physical damage or manufacturing defects have found. 1. Visual proof materials (in JPG / PNG format) will be required for visual inspection before the exchange process can begin. This information will help us identify any production mishandling that may have occurred.
2. After completing the visual inspection, we may ask buyers to return the original item to the fulfillment center.
3. We will issue a new replacement and deliver it to the original shipping address. Please allow a few days for the replacement to arrive.
